Wisman NDT series high voltage power supply is a high stability modular high voltage power supply for X-ray tube, this series of modular high voltage power supply is an ideal choice for OEM. Output 160kV, 225kV, 320kV, 450kV optional, power 2KW. NDT series adopts wide voltage input, small size, and has standard analog and digital interfaces such as RS-232RS-484, Ethernet port, etc., which can be easily integrated into your X-ray system. XRD series of suspended size filaments can store a variety of X-ray tube characteristic curves. The DSP-based control system gives the NDT series excellent adjustment capability and excellent stability.

Feature Description: 

Input voltage: input voltage AC 90V-264V, 47HZ-63HZ. Output voltage: 4 kinds of voltage output including 160KV, 225KV, 320KV, 450KV are optional. 

Output polarity: Negative high voltage: used for suspended filament X-ray tubes, the size of the filament is optional. 

Power: 2000W, 4000W other power requirements can be customized. 

Stability: ≤ 0.01/hr after power on for 2 hours 

Ripple voltage: ≤ 0.025% 

Temperature coefficient: ≤ 25ppm per degree Celsius

Voltage control: Inside the power supply: The multi-turn potentiometer that comes with the power supply can set the output voltage between 0V and the highest voltage. 

External remote control: An external 0 to 10V control signal can adjust the output from 0V to the highest output voltage. 

Emission current control: Inside the power supply: The multi-turn potentiometer that comes with the power supply can set the beam current between 0A and the highest current. 

External Remote Control: An external 0 to 10V control signal can set the beam current from 0A to the highest current. 

Voltage regulation rate: relative load: ≤0.01% (no load to rated load)

relative input: ≤0.01% (output voltage)

current regulation rate: relative load: 0.01% (no load to rated load) 

relative input: ±0.01% ( 30% - 100% change in input voltage).

Filament Configuration: The filament output is controlled by a closed loop to provide the required current to the X-ray tube. Filament output: The output current is adjustable from 0-5A, and the output voltage is adjustable from 0-10V. 

To protect the X-ray tube, the filament current circuit is prohibited from working if the high-voltage output value is lower than 30% of the maximum high-voltage output value. Other filament output requirements can be customized. 

Voltage and current indication: 0 to 10V, 1% accuracy under rated output conditions.
